It's working for me. I just wiped and reactivated my Tour just to test it. What service pack are you running on BES 5? Also, what messaging platform?

I have a storm with 50 saved messages, activated a new storm and the saved messages were not download to the new phone. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks J
