for my old "@att.blackberry.net" email comes down even though that
account is no longer setup through BIS on my device. Deleting the
service book works for me.
I wonder if there is a way to remove this service book from BES so it
will not come down each time I reactivate?

A user here just got a new BB (switched from AT&T to VZW) and I
activated
them on the new phone via our BES 5 server.
After activating, it moved over a POP account that he no longer
uses and
doesn't know the pw to. Any idea how to delete it? We created a
Verizon
BIS account and it isn't showing the POP account. It must have
been stored
on BES somewhere...
