This was an issue with I believe the .db files. Try formatting the card and putting it in blank. If it works, load your music on, but be sure to only load .mp3 files.

I loaded some music on an 8 GB SD, and now the phone freezes when accessing it. Boots fine, then freezes. Card not seen by external card reader. Works fine if I connect the BB to BB Manager, then put the card and battery back. I can access the card and do things on the BB. As soon as I unplug the BB from the USB, it freezes. My guess is a corrupted file system on the card. Is there a way to checkdisk or reformat it?
