It seems that this issue is now occurring in 3 of our Blackberry Bold 9000 ATT devices. During a call the device will randomly shut off and reboot. One device will at times become totally inactive and unresponsive requiring a battery pull to reboot. Any thoughts as to why this is occurring? These phones are enterprise activated with a BES Professional version.
