what you need to set is:
On Device: Mail->Options->> Email reconciliation: Delete on: Device
So mail she deletes on the bb are only deleted on the BB, not on the server.
But: Deletion do not go to bb:
I am from Domino, but:
What has not been deleted on the server will not be synched to the bb.
The mails she deleted on the computer, are they also gone from the server ?
If this is alo set and reconcile now does not push the changes I woul
recreate the Desktop CMIME Server book.

I have a user who wants to be able to delete emails from her
blackberry and not have the deletes synch back to Outlook. But when
she deletes from Outlook she wants it to synch to the Blackberry. Can
this be done? Her email reconciliation option was set to delete on
handheld but did not create the desired result. Emails removed from
Outlook to not get synched back to the device.
This is my first request of this kind so I really wasn't sure.
