I would say that one out of only 2 conditions are likely responsible:

1. Permissions (check SendAs inheritance at user mailbox level); or
2. mapi32 version mismatch at the BES/BAS server.

Thanks,
Yury

Subject: [Bes-admins] BB calendar sync issue

Having a strange issue happen with a small number of my devices and their
calendars syncing correctly. We're on BES 5.0 and
Exchange 2003....the issue is that meetings accepted, cancelled, or deleted in
Outlook are not reflecting on the BB. All 3 users
are on different devices and messaging agents. I've checked the logs and there
aren't any error messages. Devices all have
wireless sync turned on. Any ideas?
