I had this problem with Storm devices on BES 4.1, but it was fixed with a 
software patch.

I have a user where, redirection continues to get turned off every few days.  
Last 2 times it get a mailstore error when I tried to enable it.  One time I 
turned on sent items only first, then was able to change to inbox and sent 
items.  His account has already been recreated at lease once.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this. We are running 5.00.
