Concerning those who say the new version is asking for a password, The devloper says:
"User will receive a password from RegSoft.com after paying. Free upgrade if user has his password. New user may trial version 4.33.3" So, it appears that: If you have been doing the TRIAL with earlier version, you can not upgrade. If you are doing a TRIAL of Best Charts for the first time you do not neeed a password to TRIAL 4.33.3 If you have paid for an earlier version, and entered the password you received, you should not be asked for your password if you install 4.33.3.
