This problem is caused by these stocks having zero volume in Yahoo data on November 15, 2004. You can confirm this by looking at Historical Data on yahoo.
Unfortunantly, when a stock has a zero volume day, this is considered an error by Best Charts and no volume chart is displayed. This may be best way because any indicators or signals based on volume would be incorrect. The missing volume chart gives you a clue that something is wrong with the data.
