I have RK running on two computers that are XP Pro, and one that is XP Home, all ok.
The omly problem I have had is some installations will not let me use RK to paste when on a Yahoo Group site. For instance, trying to paste a signature to a posting in a Yahoo Group when I do it online. Same computer will let RK paste to other web pages, and all installed applications such as Outlook.
