The 
data will not determine if optimized parameters are saved. The saving of 
parameters for a particular stock is a small text file you save after performing 
the optimization.
 
I used 
your file and then did an AIO on MA, MACD, CCI, BCI, saved the optimal 
parameters to the opd.txt file for daily quotes. I am attaching the resulting 
file. This file is in the M-C directory.
 
Now 
each time I view your 4050.csv file, B-C uses the saved parameters, and the 
following results are used:
