Rik I went to add/remove and removed the old version. I am a very "low tech" guy. How do I save file??. I keep trying to install new version and told, at one point, that something is blocking the proceedure, but I could ignore that and to continue. Finally I am told that installation is complete!!. But I still can't bring up Best charts. I keep getting "Install new version". Could someone please walk me through the proper proceedure? Thanks, Barry Y
