If you Google those indicators you will find great web sites that give detailed information.
A few of the indicators are proprietary to Best Charts, such as BBI, ITA, BCI. The rest are common and easily Googled. The red x is a signal to short or sell. The green 0 is a signal to go long or buy. Study the charts and you will see how the X and 0 are giving those signals.
