In the OpenGL demo, rotation in the "triangles" example is now much slower in
the l beta than previous betas. In previous betas, rotation was too fast for
visual inspection. In the latest beta, I can count about 10 rotations in about 7 seconds.

"Triangles" was however exceptional among the OpenGL examples. None of
the other examples were as fast in previous betas.

This version has latest changes and fixes as discussed in the forum.

Main changes are in cd to improve performance and ease of use. The cd documentation has been updated. Change summary:

1. left arg cached to avoid expensive module and proc lookups
2. open argument is treated as if <"0 were applied
3. > option returns scalar proc result
4. args automatically converted to match declaration
5. cd is rank 1

The immediate beneficiary of the cd changes is the new OpenGL support.

The l beta for Linux and Mac will follow over the next day or so.
