One problem though: do you know whether I can get rid of those .svn folders or does SVN need them to do differential downloads? They bloat the installation to about double the size. While this is rarely an issue in a normal system, SlimCD is running slimserver from ramdisk. And doubling the requirements means double ram consumption for that folder.
