I've been running for about a day now with the later rev. My SlimServer service starts out at 61 MB, and stays rock steady if I don't browse or play music. After browsing around the web interface and playing music for a few hours, it grows to around 74 MB, and stays between 71 MB an 74 MB.
Running a wipe/scan, it went to 81 MB. Later in the evening I did another scan and it went to 86 MB. I just ran another and it's now at around 96 MB.
