... seems always to require two goes to 'really' clear the library before rescaning - this is with both 6.3.1 and 6.5b1.
Using the web interface, if I select CL&R and then hit the rescan button, when I imediately browse artists/albums, there's a big list and I get the rescaning message. If I wait for rescan to finish, I get both the previous library and the new library by the look of it. However if I do it a second time (either with or withot waiting for the rescan to complete), it works correctly.
