Thanks folks for the bug reports on Firmware 58. These issues have now been fixed, and Firmware 59 is now available in the nightly release of slimserver 6.5.
The changes are: Bug #3746 - lock code randomly set during firmware update Bug #3752 - FW58 cannot find Slimserver if static IP is used To fix Bug 3746 required some changes to the settings data stored on the Squeezebox. Please be aware that downgrading from Firmware 59 to an earlier firmware will cause a factory reset, requiring you to re-enter your network settings, etc. again. -Please note this firmware requires slimserver 6.5 r8415 or greater to work correctly - you have been warned :)- Enjoy!
