Both of these are quite easy to add... Potentially as additional options which need to be added to the list via the web interface [if you go to the web interface you can reorder and add/delete any of the possible now playing options to the list which the now playing button cycles through]
I think the progress bar was always included with SB2 to reduce the total number of options. So the question is which options should be the default for new players and which should be additional options that can be added in?
