Hi,

I've been experimenting to get MusicIP / Magic working with 6.5b,
here's my findings so far, I got the whole thing working but for:

1. Moods doesn't work when running the MIP 1.7rc1 as service, you have
to use the application API itself (disable the service and enable the
api in the preference of the application). This way you DO see a mood
link on the slimservers homepage. (however, trying to create one
crashed the system .. never mind that though). Running MIP as a service
also didn't show moods in the localhost:10002/api/moods, maybe this is a
bug in MIP rather then Slimserver?

2. I got it all working apart from the mood, however then implementing
the 'Dynamic playlist plugin' (together with the sql playlist plugin
and trackstat) messed up the slim's remote feature to hold play-button
on a song to create a mix: how can this be solved? Looks like both
MusicMagic and Dynamicplaylist want to call a routine when play button
is pressed-held, resulting in no action whatsoever. Is this to be
considered a bug?

3. (a bit off topic) What is really the difference between 'mood' and a
mip mix based on a playlist (which did work from slimserver)? As far as
I can tell, both create a mix based on a number of songs... so what IS
the difference apart from the binary mood?
