at the end of the day the ease of use is what I need and I've never had a problem with it, the family can pick it up and just use it.
Just because you're used to using product A doesn't mean it is easier to use than product B. Give B a chance and you would not want to have to use A any more. This isn't a browser war. I've made the experience with many other products as well. Even bicycle gear shifters.
