In testing I found that when making any change to the tags of the affected files fixed the issue...but I can't be bothered to re-tag 600 tracks when 6.3 reads them just fine. I've now just installed the "official" 6.5 release and it does exactly the same thing as beta 3, so it looks like it's back to 6.3 for me...
Please open a bug at: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/ and attach a file that's not being read properly. That's the only way we can fix these issues.
