it's these two lines in slimserver.pref and slim/server/prefs/server.pref. I'm not sure which one is in control so I changed both.
cachedir: C:\Program Files\Slimserver 7.0\server\Cache dbsource: dbi:mysql:hostname=127.0.0.1;port=9092;database=slimserver7 I also found that I had to delete the cache directory to get ss7 to start and rebuild the database.
