I was just thinking, that, kdf: maybe my view is biased and not applicable to people with Very Very Small libraries, but I am not really sure there is a point to at least the top level "All Songs" item at all.
It is slow, ugly and it doesn't even seem useful: does anyone actually use it for anything other than an expensive simulation of Random Mix? Though at lower levels of the browse tree, I can see using it: "Please play all songs by this artist/genre/year" is more imaginable....
