Hi kdf Looks like its still a work in progress as far as the exact arguments go but the description of the new logging system was helpful.
The old d_foo options have been removed. Logging now has categories and levels. A level is one of: OFF, FATAL, ERROR, WARN, INFO or DEBUG. Here is a rough mapping of old options to new ones. ... in progress. I was also wondering about passing other arguments to SC at startup, like --prefsfile etc. I took a look in slimserver.pl and see the usage code but it seems broken. Even if I use --help it sill doesn't "show this usage information" (it also still tries to start SC). It seems to ignore some, most or all options except --daemon. Can you confirm this? Should I report a bug. I'm using tar balls if it makes a diff.
