It happpens sort of to the Debian build... but actually not quite: the
modules.conf file is in /etc/slimserver, but slimserver looks in $Bin,
which doesn't work.  Since it can't open modules.conf, it refuses to
start.

Changing $Bin in bootstrap.pm to '/etc/slimserver' makes it processs
the modules.conf correctly but that is certainly not the right way to
do it.
