I have not tested with SELinux on.  Sorry, I should have said that in
my first post.  Anyway, I assumed your problem was different since I
don't think restarting the daemon would work in that case.

I agree, but I'll look into it and see if the fix is simple.

That's not up to me, but I wouldn't be working on it if I didn't want
SD to adopt it.  Did you mean to reference 2 different bugs?
