I digged into it more. I think the problem is related to encoding. The cuesheet was in Big5 (traditional chinese) code. I converted it to UTF-8 and the tracks are then listed correctly. Apparently Foobar could handle both but squeezecenter can only handle UTF-8 correctly. What is strange is that most tracks even in big5 code could be displayed correctly.
