--memoryusage, I believe. That or d_memoryusage. It's not documented as it will not work on all systems. It will require a number of new modules but then you can view the usage for each module from the memoryusage.html web page in the sc web ui (you'll have to manually enter the url). Certainly not recommended for the timid and it will add an element of instability to the systems as a whole. For the required modules, there is one that tends to fail to install in a lot of cases. I can't recall the name but it's one of the last ones you run into when you are watching for failed module loads. It's actually optional, and the page should still load. It takes a long time, however. This is where is tends to show the instability. When it works, it takes a long time to generate the info. It can also just simply stop.
