Do you see error messages in server.log regarding artwork resizing or GD/libgd? Looks like your SC wasn't resizing the artwork as it should. Could you please run the following form the shell: ./scanner.pl --wipe --rescan --debug artwork=debug Then upload the scanner.log file. Thanks!
