Go to the service in the services list - double click to bring up its
properties.  Go to "Log On" tab and change it to "Local System".

The one reason you might want it running as your user is if it is
connecting to any network/shared resources. Since "Local System" won't
have permissions to view these shared resources, you would want to use
your account (or some other non-system account) that has appropriate
permissions.

Remember though if you use your account, if you ever change your
password, you'll have to change it here for the service properties as
well.
