You have to ways to downgrade: Downgrade the whole SC to 7.2 not 7.2.1 then choose Settings > Advanced >Software update >begin update.
If you still want run the 7.3 beta or 7.2.1 You can go here: http://update.slimdevices.com/update/firmware/7.2/ download the file named jive_7.2_r2873.bin Rename this file to jive.bin Put it on an SD card (borrow one from your camera or something) place it at root level on the SD card not in any folder or something. Above the battery in the controller you have an SD slot remove battery insert SD card, restart controller. Now when you go Settings > Advanced >Software update > You have a new option "update from SD card" use that.
