You forgot --logs. :-) I try to remember to clear the cache and logs when I stop my Windows server to do an SVN update. The logs only because they tend to grow so large if you have any logging levels set to Info or Debug.
I've always thought a means of clearing the file and/or artwork cache would be nice to have as a function from within the web ui. It would certainly make life easier for users who are asked to clear these caches to see if it fixes problems in the web interface. Resetting server prefs would be nice if it could be done from the web ui, but I'm guessing SqueezeCenter's architecture makes this nearly impossible.
