I'm sure I'm not the only one who is frustrated by how slowly Rhapsody
seems to be addressing this issue.  The service is currently unusable
-- I can't play more 2-3 tracks before it cuts out.  Hardly impressive
when hosting a Christmas party...

Any suggestions with respect to how to communicate this to Rhapsody? 
Are the guys at Slim in regular contact with them, so this is
unnecessary?  Or do we need to apply some pressure?  Last time I tried
to get support from Rhapsody it was a total waste of time, as if they'd
never heard of "Rhapsody Direct".
