When I upgraded to 26808 the CP didn't start immediately but about 30 secs after the install completed. I didn't notice it at first as it's on another machine but my remote all of a sudden did not work at all on my SB3 Then I noticed that the CP was running. I shut it off and the SB3 worked fine. On XP
