Just to confirm (in case anyone else runs into a similar problem) - this was resolved by a completely fresh install of SC, including deleting all of my old directories in which SC has been installed at various times and all of the cache and prefs folder (and a registry cleanup).
The ref to "/<C:\PROGRA~1\SQUEEZ~4\server\SQUEEZ~3.EXE" was to an old folder where I had a really early version of 7.4 installed. -- Siduhe Who am I on 'LAST.FM' (http://www.last.fm/user/siduhe)?
