Hi there, I too had come across the problem with the zip files. The workaround (unzipping them) worked for 3 of my plugins, but when I tried 3 more it no longer worked. Even removing the 3 new plugins manually still caused the server not to start. I ran the server with debug as suggested. The output is attached.
