I have the same issue since upgrading to 7.3.3 - the "procedure entry point not found" error at computer boot time, and I also during the first boot following the 7.3.3 install. Never got this error before. I just tried deleting the folders with 'pdk' in the name from the temp folder as mentioned earlier, will see if that fixed it.
