I haven't played with the compiled Windows EXE of the server in quite a while, but just reinstalled it yesterday. Is it my imagination or has the startup time (until the server is responsive via either remote or web interface) increased by a large amount over past versions? Startup of the EXE is much slower than that of the perl source code version of the server.
