Have you tried to delete them?
Try to monitor your log files. For me, it wriote stuff to the log files
and the deleted that later.
Also, make sure to get today's nightly and to definitely turn off
MusicIP integration completely.
The numbers don't mean a thing, I had to manually re-start the server
after the scan was finished (which I only found out by monitoring the
process) before it found the scanned database.
Something in the interaction between the scanner and the server seems
to be wrong.
