Another quirk? I turned off all sound effects on the controller. Because I missed the bleep when putting the controller in the cradle, I switched on 'Charge' in Audio settings. Nothing. So I put on all effects. Still nothing. Restarted the controller: no 'I go away' or startup sound and still no sound effects. Anyone prepared to check this?
