Its a bit unintuitive now. The radio-buttons (install/uninstall) hidden in submenus is not nice. I really thought hard (while beeing in the submenu) how to install the applet until I found out to go a menu above to push the 'master'-install button.
This also made me install two applets instead of just one (it seems that in the submenu always 'install' is selected). Do we really need the possibility to install more than one applet at once ? 'My Apps' can also installed only one at a time, so I'd vote for real install/uninstall buttons in the submenu of an applet.
