First off, my initial test of svn 29504 running from the svn code on Fedora 10 and using SQLite...all I can say is WOW. Andy, if the scan time reported on the Settings->Information tab is correct, you've made the scanner REALLY FAST. On my fastest machine using MySQL tuned to the best of my ability, my best scan time with my collection was 45 minutes. Your scanner just clocked in at 10 minutes. Again: WOW.
One question: is schema_optimize.sql still being called as part of the scan process? I know that, for SQLite, this file doesn't currently contain any active statements. But this is the file that I modify, adding an update query to "clean up" my genre names.
