I've found the cause for this ( I think) "Disabled Audio File Extensions" is affecting the playlist scan !!
I had "m3u,pls" there. So that playlists among my music files would not be picked up ok . "Disabled Playlist File Extensions" should affect playlists ok. The likely cause here is that my playlist folder is in the music folders path Music: /mnt/music1 Playlists: /mnt/music1/Playlists But this setup has worked for years ?
