7.5.1 is actually a 7.5.0 with fewer bugs. So in my opinion you shouldn't worry about trying it. I have for 3 weeks now because I wanted the fix for fadein on alarms. And I haven't had any problems with it. So if it has a bugfix that is a problem for you then go ahead.
