Boy, that got a lot of attention. Squeezebox Server's Windows installer is one of the worst, slowest, and _dumbest_ Windows installer that I've ever used. I've installed enterprise accounting packages in less time than it takes for the SBS installer to do an update.
It's too dumb to check that things already exist and update them only when necessary. Instead, it uninstalls and then reinstalls things like Start menu items.
