I upgraded RC2 to RC3 on my Mini, and it went fine. I'm now back to 10 minutes scanning time.
I then tried to upgrade RC1 to RC3 on my QNAP NAS, but the wipe scan doesn't work as expected, the external scanner dies (see attached scanner.log). The internal scanner seems to fail over, though. I possibly messed something on SSOTS last evening, to be honest, as I was trying to correct permissions on some shares, and accidentally included the SSOTS base directory in some commands. But I have relaunched the SSOTS' checksystem script to correct permissions, uninstalled SBS and reinstalled it, so everything should be clean. What I don't get is why the external scanner would fail, although the internal one works...
