You really have to excuse my ignorance, but I don't know how to ssh into the NAS. I'm a Windows user familiar with the DOS shell but with no Linux skills.
At this point, I'm unable to connect to SBS via the Web interface, so I would very much like to know how to use SSH if there's a short answer.
