The files look MPEG4 now check whether SBS agrees. From WebUI check the track to see if the WebUI detail on a track show "Format: MPEG-4"
I think you should consider that SBS could use a custom-types.conf and custom-convert.conf in ANY subdirectory of server and Cache as these will include Plugins.
