I would assume that you can setup a fixed IP address in your NAS
graphical interface; but that would only fix it for the NAS.
In your router you can also reserve IP addresses; normally the Router
identifies your various equipment using their MAC address.

That way you can ensure that your equipment always have the same IP
addresses.
